Maa Vaishno Devi Dham

Maa Vaishno Devi

Maa Vaishno Devi is believed to grant four boons to her disciples: Dharma (righteousness), Artha (material pursuits), Kaama (contentment), and Moksha (enlightenment). Maa Vaishno Devi Dham is built on the holy land of Vrindavan by Dr. J C Chaudhry (founder and managing trustee of Chaar Dham).

The Dham replicates the spiritual experience of visiting the Maa Vaishno Shrine. As Maa's disciples enter the Dham, they get a glimpse of the magnificent statue of Maa Vaishno Devi, with Lord Hanuman sitting next to her and cascading waterfalls. The charm and divinity of the statue behold's every devotee's attention. Moving ahead, the devotees move through the gufa, adorned with the Nine avatars of Maa Vaishno Devi and a gush of water flowing through their feet. The main Maa Vaishno Devi temple has a magnanimous Maa idol made of sacred Asht Dhatu. The walls of the temples are graced with murals of deities of multiple faiths. The surrounding lush greenery and fountains in the Dham compound add to the sublimity, making the overall experience soothing and holy.
